Junior Danae Decker has been a member of The Comet staff the past two years. After serving as the Student Life Editor last year, Danae is the Opinion Editor this year.
Danae’s goals for the year are for The Comet to be All-Kansas again, for the journalism program to win a state title, and to compete at state in headline writing.
Danae is active in school activities outside of newspaper. She’s a member of FBLA, FCCLA, FCA and the varsity girls golf team.
